Technical Information
BillSplitter is built with Next.js 15, React 19, and TypeScript. The application is hosted on Firebase App Hosting (Google Ireland Ltd., region europe-west4, Netherlands). All invoice calculations run client-side in the visitor's browser — invoice data, dates, and amounts are never transmitted to our servers. Access logs at the hosting layer are retained for 30 days for security and operational monitoring only.
